This exclusive abode caters to families and groups, totaling 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests, and is ideally positioned just a brief stroll from Bolton's main thoroughfare. Nestled opposite the picturesque Veteran's Park Beach, it provides a sanctuary of relaxation and enjoyment.

The beach at Veterans Memorial Park is a local treasure, featuring a sprawling, level shoreline perfect for basking in the sun, al fresco dining, and leisurely walks. The pristine waters of Lake George beckon for swimming and aquatic pursuits, with the added assurance of vigilant lifeguards within the designated swimming area. The park offers an array of activities suitable for all ages, including beach volleyball, basketball courts, a playground for the little ones, charcoal grills for delightful cookouts, public docks for easy water access, and a kayak launch for those eager to explore the lake's splendor from a different angle.

**Once your booking is confirmed we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed.**
This has to be done in order for you to receive check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 75 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 75 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
